Use this form to file a Maritime Lien on a documented vessel.  Pursuant to 46 U.S.C. § 31342(a), you may record a maritime lien on the vessel if you provided necessaries to 46 U.S.C. § 31301(4), "necessaries" includes "repairs, supplies, towage, and the use of a dry dock or marine railway."  If you click below to authorize us, we will send all notices of lien as required by 46 U.S.C. § 31343(b)
