Use this form to request a title search on a vessel flagged in a foreign country.  While title searches for U.S. vessels tend to take 48-72 hours, processing time for foreign countries varies.  If the vessel you want to search for isn't in the foreign country, or if we can't find it, we'll give you your money back automatically.

Once we receive your request we will issue an abstract of title or transcript of registry for the vessel showing any recorded mortgages or maritime liens, and whether those mortgages or liens have been satisfied.  If there are no outstanding mortgages, liens, or other encumbrances, we will issue a Certificate of Clean Title certifying that there are no recorded encumbrances to the vessel.
